375g packet of protein pasta
300g carrot, diced
300g onion, diced
300g celery, diced
300 g zucchini, diced
300g mushrooms, sliced
2 cans whole tomatoes, crushed
400g Passata di Sicilia (Mutti)
Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:
Brown the beef: In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown the beef mince, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
Sauté the vegetables: Add the diced carrots, onions, celery, zucchini, and mushrooms to the pot. Cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
Add the sauce: Stir in the crushed tomatoes, passata, and Italian herbs. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 1.5 - 2 hours, stirring occasionally. The longer you simmer, the richer the flavor will be.

Combine and serve: Once the sauce is thickened and flavorful, stir in the cooked pasta. Divide into 6 meal prep containers. Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
