Easy Chimichurri Recipe

Ingredients:

- Parsley, half bunch

- Coriander, half bunch (change to parsley preferred)

- Garlic (the more, the merrier)

- Lemon juice, 50ml

- Olive oil, 1 tablespoon

- Ground coriander seed, 1 teaspoon

- Paprika, 1 teaspoon

- Ground cumin, 1 teaspoon

- Cayenne pepper, half teaspoon

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Blend parsley, coriander, and garlic. Add lemon juice, olive oil, ground coriander seed, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3. Adjust seasonings to taste; add a little at a time.

4. Personalise oil amount based on preference or calorie needs.

5. Serve on anything! Today, I enjoyed it on a steak with a rocket and pare salad. Love it.
